Hi there, I’m Rachel.

I’m so honored that you are considering entrusting your story with me. I believe that the therapeutic space is a sacred one, where critical, life-giving work is done, and I hope you feel welcome and seen here.

I’m not a blank-slate therapist, nor do I aspire to be. My work is informed by my background in clinical social work and my experiences as a mother. I cultivate a gentle and trauma-informed environment in which to process pain, develop competency, and embrace new rhythms and norms. As a relational therapist, I believe that some of the most important work we do occurs within the context of a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.

My hope is that therapy feels both nurturing and challenging - at once a safe place to land and a space to stretch and grow into the person you desire to be.

Let’s get started!
